Is US Funds LLC an employer?

No. US Funds LLC does not employ participants and does not offer jobs, wages, salaries, or benefits. US Funds provides education, training, and program facilitation only.

Are participants required to work or meet schedules?

No. All programs are voluntary. Participants are not required to perform services, meet schedules, report hours, or accept assignments.

How do participants earn commissions?

Participants may elect to work with third-party Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs). Any commissions earned are paid by those third parties and are not wages paid by US Funds.

Does US Funds own or control ISOs?

No. US Funds does not own, manage, supervise, or control any ISO. ISOs are independent third parties.

How are taxes handled?

Participants who earn commissions through third-party ISOs receive IRS Form 1099 from the applicable entity. Participants are responsible for their own tax obligations.

Does US Funds subsidize costs?

Yes. US Funds may subsidize certain education, training, and lead-generation costs, which may be recovered from commissions earned through third-party ISOs, as agreed.

Can participants work elsewhere at the same time?

Yes. Participants may work with multiple ISOs, pursue other employment, operate independent businesses, or focus solely on education.

Can participants leave the program?

Yes. Participants may terminate their program at any time, for any reason, without penalty.

Is participation guaranteed to result in income or placement?

No. Participation does not guarantee commissions, income, or placement with any organization.
